STATE PARK
Affords breathtaking views of waterfalls, caves, and hiking trails without the parking lots, tourists, gift shops and hot dog stands.
SHOPPING
Artists, local musicians, local farmers, potters, jewelers, and craftspeople create and sell their wares in small retail shops, out of their studios, and gallery settings. You will be able to find an authentic souvenir from western Maine.
BETHEL PARKWAY
The Bethel Pathway is a 2.2 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Bethel, Maine that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, and road biking.
SUNDAY RIVER BRIDGE
This bridge, built in 1872, is named the Artist's Bridge because of its reputation as being the most photographed and painted of the venerable covered bridges in Maine.
